I think I'm in love!

The deHavilland DH110 Vampire first flew in Sep. 43 and led to the development of a second twin-boom aircraft, the DH112 Venom. Together, roughly 835 aircraft were built.

I think I'm in love!

I just got the new Air & Space Magazine with the Sea Vixen on the front! THAT is a gorgeous shot of a gorgeous jet! Maybe Santa will bring me one?
Hey Van Liere: have you managed to go to the UK and fly it yet?

The Sea Vixen is flown and displayed by our good friend and CJAA member Brian Grant, the world's highest time (8000 hour) Hunter pilot.

Bob,

What do you know about the aircraft and how many were built? How many are out there?

Actually, the aircraft I once tried to buy from Dean Martin, and saw sitting in Oshkosh for many years in the Miller Light Colors was the DRAKEN. It has a cockpit like a Venom, or Hunter, there are over 10 in the USA, includeing the two place. Double delta wing aircraft . Most are located in Mojove. Maybe someday; We all have our dreams. Until then I'll have to settle for Danish beer. end
